Machine made from 100% polypropylene, the rug offers the perfect blend of durability and comfort. Despite its hardwearing nature, it feels exceptionally soft underfoot making it a pleasure to walk on barefoot or lounge around with family and friends. This synthetic fibre is renowned for its resilience, stain resistance, and ability to withstand moisture and sunlight, making it ideal for both high-traffic indoor areas and outdoor living spaces exposed to the elements.
Maintenance is refreshingly simple. Just hose it down and line dry to keep it looking fresh no need for heavy-duty cleaning or indoor-only care. Its lightweight construction also makes it easy to move or store when needed. The pile height of the rug is 5mm.

Care instructions - The rug can be hosed for easy cleaning. For routine cleaning, lightly sweeping your rug with a broom or carpet sweeper on a weekly basis is highly recommended and is the least damaging way to clean your rug. Regular light vacuuming is recommended and avoid powerful bagless vacuums. Clean spills immediately by blotting with mild soap and water. Professional cleaning is recommended if spills cannot be cleaned with household products. If placed outdoors, it is recommended that the rug be brought indoors or undercover during bouts of severe weather. Keep away from sharp objects. Rug pads are highly recommended to extend the life of the rug. Actual actual colours may vary due to screen or monitor settings. Size may vary due to manufacturing limitations.

- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Delays may occur during public holidays, weekends, or due to availability issues, in which case the customer will be contacted immediately.
- Customers are liable for freight costs in certain circumstances as outlined.

- We ship to most addresses in Australia, offering FREE delivery to Metropolitan areas when you spend over $150.
- Additional charges apply for remote NT, WA, and QLD locations. We will contact you after your order is placed.
- 3x4m rug sizes are not included in free freight. Before ordering, please call our number 07 54424899 for delivery quote.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within two to three working days. Delays can occur during high volume periods.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once in transit.
- Out of stock items can be backordered upon customer request. Please contact us first to confirm.

Refund Policy
At Noosa Rugs, we are dedicated to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, our refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns.
Return Conditions
- Request a returns form at noosarugs@gmail.com. The completed form must accompany returned items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original or similar packaging.
- Customers are responsible for freight costs for returns due to change of mind or customer errors.
- A restocking fee of $30 applies to returns due to change of mind.
Reporting Delivery Discrepancies
- Notify us of any delivery errors or damaged products within 48 hours of receipt at noosarugs@gmail.com. Claims beyond this period are not valid.
- For discrepancies or damaged items, complete a Customer Returns Form for assessment.
- Note any discrepancies at the time of delivery with the courier. Failure to do so waives the right to claim.
Exchanges
Noosa Rugs replaces items at no cost if defective or damaged upon arrival. Notify us and follow the return process to qualify for an exchange.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Goods accepted from the carrier without noting missing items are not Noosa Rugs' responsibility.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Noosa Rugs is not liable for delays.
- Customers must provide clear instructions and access for delivery. Failures resulting from unclear instructions or inaccessible locations are the customer's responsibility.
