Our Returns Policy


At Noosa Rugs, we strive to get your new rug to your door as quickly and safely as possible. We offer Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150, subject to the regional and size conditions outlined below.

Shipping Conditions

Delivery Rates & Coverage

Orders over $150: FREE shipping to most Australian Metropolitan areas.

Orders under $150: Flat rate shipping applied at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of Australia.

Shipping Restrictions & Additional Fees

Due to the size of our products and the vastness of Australia, some exceptions apply to our free shipping offer:

  • Oversized Items: All 3x4m rugs incur an additional handling fee due to their size.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas in NT, WA, and QLD may incur a regional surcharge.
  • The Process: If your order falls into one of these categories, we will contact you shortly after your order is placed. You will have the option to:Pay the additional shipping/handling fee.Receive a full refund immediately if you do not wish to proceed.
  • We cannot deliver Rugs to PO Boxes - Small homewares is possible.
  • Deliveries are ONLY door to door and not brought into the premise unless stated otherwise.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Processing Time: We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Peak Periods: During sales, public holidays, or peak seasons, dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times!

Tracking: Once your order is with our courier, we cannot cancel the shipment. Delivery times vary based on your specific location.

Out of Stock & Backorders

We do our best to keep our inventory updated, but occasionally an item may become unavailable.

Backorder Option: If an item is out of stock, we can place it on backorder for you. We will provide an estimated arrival date (please note these dates are subject to change due to international shipping factors).

Refund Option: If you prefer not to wait for a backordered item, we will provide a full refund immediately.

Important Delivery Notes

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.

Instructions: Please ensure your delivery address and instructions are clear. Noosa Rugs is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete address details.

Furniture - Direct to home

Some of our showroom furniture can be ordered and shipped direct from our suppliers to your home. Our conditions are the same as with our larger rugs. Additional frieght charges and fees can apply. Please feel free to contact us as we are happy to help answer quesitons.

Showroom Furniture Items

We do offer delivery on showroom furniture items to the local Noosa Area only. These deliveries are complete by our internal team as most furniture is already assembled and cannot be repacked.

These suburbs are Noosa Head, Noosaville, Tewantin, Doonan, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach, Marcus Beach, Castaways Beach, Tinbeerwah, Cooroibah, Cooroy, Perigian Beach, Perigian Springs and Eumundi.
