That’s why we offer an exclusive Take-Home Rug Trial. We want you to feel 100% confident that your selection brings that "coastal-luxury" calm to your space before you commit.
How It Works: 3 Simple Steps
Visit the Showroom
Explore our curated collection. Our expert design consultants will help you narrow down 1–3 favorites that suit your style.
Take it Home
Once you’ve made your selection, you can take the rug(s) with you that day (or we can arrange local delivery for larger pieces - Additional Costs Apply)
Test in your space
Lay the rug in your room, see how it looks in your space, and see how it feels. If it’s love at first sight, simply let us know to finalize the sale. If not, just bring it back!
The Guidelines (Trial Rules)
To keep our rugs in pristine condition for every customer, we ask that you follow a few simple rules during your trial:
Duration:
Trials are typically for less than 24-hour period (unless otherwise arranged).
Condition:
Rugs must remain in the same condition as they left the showroom. Please ensure the area is clean before laying the rug.
No High-Traffic Use:
While we want you to see the rug in place, we ask that you avoid heavy foot traffic, pets, or food/drink near the rug during the trial.
Security:
We require a credit card on file to secure the trial. The trial costs $5 as a once off cost. If you purchase any item we will credit the $5 off the cost of the purchase
FAQ
Is there a fee for the home trial?
Yes we do charge a fee of $5 for the trial. This allows us to securely save your credit card details should you not return the rugs. If you require us to deliver and pick up the rugs, a small service fee may apply.
How many rugs can I try at once?
We generally recommend trialing up to two rugs at a time to help keep the decision-making process simple and focused.
What if I can’t fit the rug in my car?
No problem! We offer local delivery and pick-up services for a stress-free experience. Ask our team for a quote based on your location.
Can I trial a custom-ordered rug?
The home trial applies to our in-stock showroom items. For custom or "order-in" pieces, we have a wide range of large-format samples that you are welcome to take home instead.
