xThis stunning rug is hand tufted in India and is made from Viscose which is sometimes referred to as Artisans Silk. Viscose has a beautiful effect where the light bounces off the piece and gives an almost shimmery effect. The Versace rug is a stunning piece that will elevate a room and add great impact.

Shedding & caring for your rug:
- All wool rugs will shed. This should not last forever and should stop or decline after a few months. During this time, wool rugs will settle down, and you should eventually notice that the rug sheds less and less.
- Vacuuming can sometimes cause the rug to shed even more. If you do need to vacuum, avoid using a strong level of suction and try using a hand held suction piece so that you do not put too much pressure on your rug than you need to.
- Wool has a natural stain resistance that will help minimise the impact of spillages which will help minimise the dirt seeping into your rug. It is however best to sponge the area immediately with a damp cloth so as to remove as much of the spill as possible.
Please note that all our Hand Tufted, Hand Made rugs are all that – Hand Made! We make every effort to produce as perfect and precise with each rug design – however variations in dying, technique and colour may vary between productions. Also variations on website will vary between computer screens like colours, shades, textures, sizes and appearances.

- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Delays may occur during public holidays, weekends, or due to availability issues, in which case the customer will be contacted immediately.
- Customers are liable for freight costs in certain circumstances as outlined.

- We ship to most addresses in Australia, offering FREE delivery to Metropolitan areas when you spend over $150.
- Additional charges apply for remote NT, WA, and QLD locations. We will contact you after your order is placed.
- 3x4m rug sizes are not included in free freight. Before ordering, please call our number 07 54424899 for delivery quote.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within two to three working days. Delays can occur during high volume periods.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once in transit.
- Out of stock items can be backordered upon customer request. Please contact us first to confirm.
Shipping Outside of Australia
Currently, Noosa Mats & Rugs does not ship outside of Australia.
Refund Policy
At Noosa Rugs, we are dedicated to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, our refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns.
Return Conditions
- Request a returns form at noosarugs@gmail.com. The completed form must accompany returned items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original or similar packaging.
- Customers are responsible for freight costs for returns due to change of mind or customer errors.
- A restocking fee of $30 applies to returns due to change of mind.
Reporting Delivery Discrepancies
- Notify us of any delivery errors or damaged products within 48 hours of receipt at noosarugs@gmail.com. Claims beyond this period are not valid.
- For discrepancies or damaged items, complete a Customer Returns Form for assessment.
- Note any discrepancies at the time of delivery with the courier. Failure to do so waives the right to claim.
Exchanges
Noosa Rugs replaces items at no cost if defective or damaged upon arrival. Notify us and follow the return process to qualify for an exchange.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Goods accepted from the carrier without noting missing items are not Noosa Rugs' responsibility.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Noosa Rugs is not liable for delays.
- Customers must provide clear instructions and access for delivery. Failures resulting from unclear instructions or inaccessible locations are the customer's responsibility.
