Noosa Rugs Refund Policy for Online & Showroom
At Noosa Rugs, we are dedicated to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Our refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions set forth for returning items purchased from Noosa Rugs.
Reporting Delivery Discrepancies
Customers must inform Noosa Rugs of any delivery errors or products damaged during shipping within 48 hours (2 Days) of receipt. Notifications should be sent directly to info@nooarugs.com.au. Claims beyond this period will not be valid for discussion. In cases of discrepancies or damaged items, customers must complete a Customer Returns Form, sent upon request via email, for our assessment. If there is a discrepancy between the items delivered and the consignment note, it is the customer's responsibility to note this at the time of delivery with the nominated courier. Failure to do so will waive any right to claim.
Return Conditions
To initiate a return, customers must request a returns form by emailing info@nooarugs.com.au. The completed form must accompany the returned items. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original or similar protective packaging. The customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with the return of goods due to change of mind or errors on the customer's part. A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returns due to a change of mind and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds, Credits and Exchange
Noosa Rugs typically only replaces items at no cost if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To qualify for an exchange, customers must notify us via email and follow the prescribed return process. 7 Days Exchanges will be either store credit or exchange of similar priced item, this applies to full priced items only.
Sale items are not eligible unless the item is considered faulty deemed by our team.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
If goods are accepted from the carrier without noting any missing items, Noosa Rugs is not liable for the undelivered goods. Noosa Rugs commits to reasonable efforts to comply with delivery time requests. However, any delivery dates should be considered estimates. Customers must provide clear delivery instructions and access. Any failure resulting from unclear instructions or inaccessible locations will be the customer's responsibility, and associated costs will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Policies
Noosa Rugs typically dispatches orders within 1-3 business days upon the receipt of clear, complete, and proper shipping details from customers. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weekends, or availability issues, but customers will be informed accordingly. The customer is liable for freight costs for the pick-up, return, or replacement of goods in specific circumstances outlined in sections a) to g) under the delivery information.
Lastly
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Refunds are only available for incorrect, damaged, or faulty rugs.
Consumers have two days from receiving the goods to contact Noosa Mats and rugs about any problems with the items.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Rugs damaged during return transit due to poor packaging may incur additional charges.

Shipping
We can ship to almost any address in Australia and offer FREE delivery when you spend over $150 with one of our couriers to Metropolitan areas.
Please note that 3x4m rugs and deliveries to remote NT, WA and QLD locations will incur an additional delivery charge which we will contact you after your order has been placed.
You will then have the option to pay the additional small handling fee, or accept a full refund.
We normally process all orders and dispatch within two to three working days.(Please be aware we can sometimes experience slightly longer delays due to a higher volume of orders).
