Inspired by the enduring appeal of classic tweed, Cairo is hand woven from undyed wool to create a casual basket weave with dappled color. The wool’s organic texture and natural variation is balanced by art silk’s smooth feel and finish. A development on our bestselling Cairo range, features a tighter cross weave with added cotton cloth backing durability. Crafted from a marled wool blend, the warm pebble tones and dense underfoot texture makes this an all-rounder for a range of interior styles.

- Orders are processed and dispatched within two to three working days. Delays can occur during high volume periods.

Refund Policy
At Noosa Rugs, we are dedicated to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, our refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns.
Return Conditions
- Request a returns form at noosarugs@gmail.com. The completed form must accompany returned items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original or similar packaging.
- Customers are responsible for freight costs for returns due to change of mind or customer errors.
- A restocking fee of $30 applies to returns due to change of mind.
Reporting Delivery Discrepancies
- Notify us of any delivery errors or damaged products within 48 hours of receipt at noosarugs@gmail.com. Claims beyond this period are not valid.
- For discrepancies or damaged items, complete a Customer Returns Form for assessment.
- Note any discrepancies at the time of delivery with the courier. Failure to do so waives the right to claim.
Exchanges
Noosa Rugs replaces items at no cost if defective or damaged upon arrival. Notify us and follow the return process to qualify for an exchange.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Goods accepted from the carrier without noting missing items are not Noosa Rugs' responsibility.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Noosa Rugs is not liable for delays.
